In love with teaching and learning, her whole life, Patricia now works as a successful teacher, academic and author. She is fascinated by how people work with, and for each other. Patricia is known globally for her work in this field and particularly for her expertise in educational leadership. Always happy when listening to others, Patricia is passionate about authenticity, empathy and courageous leadership. Why? because there isn’t enough of it out here!
Niamh Hickey
Niamh Hickey is a post-primary school teacher and doctoral researcher with a love for all things education. Niamh is captivated with the interpersonal nature of leadership and recently completed an Irish Research Council funded PhD on distributed leadership in Irish post-primary schools. Certain that there is always more to learn from each other, she can’t wait to share conversations with leaders from around the world with you all!
